Synthesis of amide wax鹤novel fertilizer slow-release agent ZHANG Jian.—州”.CHEN Chang-jianl (1.School of Resources and Environmental Engineering,East China University of Science and Te(:hnology, Shangflai 200237,China;2.Shahghai Wujiang Chemical Technology Co.,hd.。Shahghai 200434,China) Abstract:With stearic acid and diethylenetrianmine S8 raw materials,the amide wax is prepared using catalytic synthetic reaction by adding additives.which is used 8.8 the surface slow-release agent of fertilizer.The results show thatthe optimal reaction conditions are as follows:rt(stearic acid):凡(diethyIenet^amine)=1.00:1.05,140—1500C ofreaction temperature.2—3 hours of reaction time,0.5 wt%of the catalyst,0.5 wt%of the hardening agent,0.5 wt%ofthe antioxidant.Under above conditions.the color of product is white,the acid humber is 5.23 mg(KOH)/g,thedropping point is 78—82。C,the penetration degree is 0.2 mm,and the amine value is 145.42 mg(KOH)/g.Thefeedback information of the user8 shows that the product Can substitute for foreign like products and the price of theproduct is Iower than that of foreign Iike products.
